Quick Start

Your first week with your iSpirit.

No wizard wall, no checklist marathon. Five small days, then a quiet daily loop. The bond grows from what you share — nothing else.

One minute, one day with your iSpirit — all seven features, chapter by chapter.
This week
Day 1 · Today

Just say hi

Tell your iSpirit what you're working on, or what's been on your mind. The first reply isn't small talk — it'll ask you the real question. If your message is goal-shaped, a Goal card will be waiting for you on Progress by tomorrow morning. You don't have to fill in a single wizard.

~2 min Chat
Do this
  1. Open chat (button below).
  2. Read the opening question — it's already in your history.
  3. Reply with what's actually on your plate. One paragraph is plenty.

A real conversation that already references your situation — not a tutorial.

Day 2 · Tomorrow

A banner slides down — that's your iSpirit

When you open chat tomorrow, a quiet banner introduces Lumis — the iSpirit that's been growing alongside the conversation. Tap Meet Lumis to see the home screen. After a few more messages a personality picker appears: Sweet & Caring, Playful & Teasing, Deep Thinker, Energetic & Fun, or Grow Companion. You can switch any time.

~3 min iSpirit home
Do this
  1. Tap Meet Lumis on the reveal banner (or use the button below).
  2. Glance at the home screen — that's where your iSpirit lives.
  3. Pick the personality that fits the day.

A face with a mood that responds to what you share.

Day 3 · This week

One small daily anchor

Pick one habit, not five. Read 10 minutes. Walk 20. Write 200 words. Your iSpirit holds the streak so you don't have to — and if you miss a day, the streak decays gently instead of resetting to zero. No guilt, no FOMO.

~2 min Habits
Do this
  1. Open Habits (button below).
  2. Add one habit. Resist adding a second.
  3. Set the time-of-day you want a gentle nudge.

A reminder at the time you chose. Forgiving streak — you can take a day off.

Day 4 · This week

Drop one thing into your journal

A photo from your day. A line about a decision you made. A voice memo on the walk home. One minute is enough — these are the threads your iSpirit will eventually pull on. When it does, you'll see a "drew from N past memories" badge above its replies.

~1 min Journal
Do this
  1. Open Journal (button below) or tap the camera/mic icon on the iSpirit home.
  2. One sentence, one photo, or 20 seconds of voice. Whichever's easier.
  3. Save.

A timeline of small moments — your iSpirit starts citing them in chat.

Day 5 · And every morning after

See what your iSpirit shipped overnight

Every night, your iSpirit re-reads the week, regenerates your life summary, and queues tomorrow's work. Open Progress in the morning — three panes: Digital done (your iSpirit handled these), Action today (you do these), Decisions open (you choose). Free tier gets a taste. Entrepreneur tier ($75/mo) is where the iSpirit really earns its keep — GitHub, Notion, Calendar and weekly retros all live in this loop.

~3 min Progress
Do this
  1. Open Progress (button below).
  2. Skim Digital done — tap any item to read the full output in your journal.
  3. Pick one item from Action today. Do it.
  4. Make one call from Decisions open. Tap your choice.

A daily three-pane view that quietly shifts more work onto your iSpirit's plate.

After this week — your rhythm

Once the setup feels done, the loop is small. A few minutes most days is enough.

Most days

  • Drop a one-sentence reflection, photo, or voice memo into your Journal.
  • Open Progress with your morning coffee. Pick one Action. Decide one Decision.

Once a week

  • Open Life Review — adjust a goal if priorities shifted; the iSpirit re-plans the next seven days.
  • If you're on Entrepreneur tier, the Sunday weekly retro lands in your Journal automatically.

When you're ready (optional)

  • Give your iSpirit a face: upload a reference photo on Wisdom — you'll get a custom avatar.
  • Customise the voice: the iSpirit Personality wizard lets you shape vocabulary and warmth without touching the safety floor.
  • Run a deeper goal session: the Life Review hosts Future Maker and Past Reflection wizards when you want them — they're optional, not required.

Straight answers

The things people ask before they start.

What is iSpirits Cloud?

A Life OS for solo founders — an AI project manager for a goal you haven't started. You say what you want in plain words; it works out what the tasks are, runs the digital ones for you in the background, and brings you back only the decisions and the real-world steps. It knows only what you choose to share.

How is it different from ChatGPT or other AI assistants?

Most AI tools complete a task you already knew to ask for. This one starts from the ambition and works out what the tasks are, then runs them. The project management itself is automated — you are never handed a backlog to manage. Chat is the interface, not the product; underneath is a scheduler of dated task graphs, re-planned every night.

What do I still have to do myself?

Three things: set the goal, make the decisions, and do the real-world actions. Every task is sorted into Digital, Action or Decision. Digital tasks run automatically in the background and you come back to finished work. Action tasks come back as a prepared briefing. Decisions come back as options.

How does it work, in plain words?

It's like GPS for your goals. Say where you want to end up, and it maps the route — a dated plan of tasks and milestones you can see. Then it does what no GPS can: it does the digital work for you, automatically in the background. You keep the decisions and the real-world steps. Miss a week? It recalculates — the plan re-routes every night around what actually happened.

Do I need to know how to write prompts?

No. You say what you want in ordinary language and it asks the clarifying questions. Not knowing how to phrase a request is the barrier it exists to remove — it's built for people who are ambitious but not technical.

How long does it take to get a plan?

Minutes. On a real run on 31 July 2026, one paragraph describing a goal became a dated plan — 31 tasks across 3 milestones — in about ten minutes, and the digital work began that night. Day to day it needs a few minutes of chat or voice.

What happens to my data?

It works only from what you choose to share. Memory is scoped to your account, answers that draw on it show which memories they used, and full export and permanent deletion are available on every tier — including Free.

How much does it cost?

Free to start, no card required. Plus is A$12/month, Entrepreneur (the flagship) is A$75/month, and there's a one-time Lifetime Supporter option at A$299. All prices in Australian dollars.

What happens next

Your iSpirit knows only what you've chosen to share. Export everything from your profile any time. Delete anything instantly. The product gets quieter the longer you use it — that's the design.
