About us

AI is the engine. You set the direction. We build the gearbox.

iSpirits Cloud is a Life OS — an AI project manager for your goals and daily tasks, built so anyone can run it just by chatting. We're a small team in Sydney building the layer where someone's ambition becomes work that actually gets done: part by the machine, part by them.

1

The problem we exist for

AI today only pays off for people who already know how to drive it. Everyone else meets the same four walls:

Not knowing where to start. You have the ambition; turning it into a first step — let alone a plan — is where it stops. So nothing begins.

A skill barrier. You have to know what to ask and how to ask it. The blank prompt box is an expert tool sold to non-experts.

Amnesia. Every session starts from zero, so you pay the context tax daily and it never adds up to anything.

Advice, not action. Even a perfect answer leaves the work undone.

The people who would gain most — non-technical operators, solo business owners, people with no spare hours — get the least out of AI. That gap is the whole reason this company exists.

2

Why this exists

Every attempt before this one died in month two or three — never for lack of wanting it. Always at the same place: where the plan stops being obvious, and nobody is waiting on you.

So the first thing built here was the part that carries you past that point — something that holds the goal when you cannot, works out the next step so there is never a blank page, and does the digital work overnight so momentum does not depend on how you feel that morning.

This one is in month ten. That happened to the person who built it, so treat it as the reason we believe this works rather than as evidence — the measured runs on the home page are the part you can check.

3

What we build

A Life OS, not a collection of prompts. Goals, tasks, journal and progress in one place, with an AI project manager that plans them, tracks them and keeps them moving.

Built for people who aren't technical. Everything happens through conversation. No prompt craft, no setup, no jargon — you say what you want in plain words and it asks the clarifying questions instead of demanding a perfect prompt.

Wizards for the work you repeat. Guided workflows for recurring jobs — invoice chasing, month-end close, weekly review — and when a need is unusual we build a custom wizard for it. A one-off requirement becomes a permanent capability.

A memory that holds only what you've shared. Your journal and memory record decisions, progress and context with your consent, scoped to you, exportable and deletable at any time. The longer you use it, the less you re-explain.

It does the work, not just the advice. Digital tasks run overnight; you wake to finished drafts, research and plans. You keep the real-world actions and every directional decision.

It gets better the longer you use it. Every goal completed, journal written and task executed makes the next one better-informed — so every month it works better than the last.

4

How we work

Consent first, in the architecture. Your iSpirit sees only what you hand it, and it can't act without your agreement — that's a gate in the code, not a promise in a policy. Your data is yours alone by design, with full export and full delete whenever you want them.

No dark patterns. No streak guilt, no manufactured urgency, no engagement tricks. If there's nothing useful to tell you on a given day, it says nothing.

Honest about what's built. We describe what's running in production today, not what's on the roadmap.

The team

Two people in Sydney, with the engineering depth this problem needs.

David Liu

Founder & Solution Architect

Twenty years as a network architect, designing and delivering IP architecture for Telstra, Optus, Telecom New Zealand, Vodafone and Nokia's global service-provider clients — two decades of solution-architecture work on systems that carry other people's trust at carrier scale.

Holds both CCIE and JNCIE-SP — expert-level certifications held by well under 1% of network engineers worldwide.

Now applies the same architectural discipline to consumer AI, and built the iSpirits Cloud platform — web in two languages, native mobile apps, the agent runtime and the goal-driven execution engine.

Raymond Liu

Chief AI Officer

Leads the AI architecture behind the wizard framework and the overnight execution runtime — the parts that turn a plainly-worded goal into dated, classified work the system can actually carry out.

Graduated from James Ruse Agricultural High School with a state ranking, and is studying a double degree in Actuarial Studies and Computer Science at UNSW.

Brings the modelling side of the problem: how to decide what a machine should attempt, what it should hand back to a person, and how confident it's entitled to be about the difference.

6

How we run the company

iSpirits Cloud runs its own operations on iSpirits Cloud. An AI operator we call Tessa works the live business — reviewing the product through a real browser the way a user would, triaging its own backlog, and posting decisions to a shared mission room where we can read them.

Money, public communications, real-user data, security and infrastructure changes are hard-gated behind human approval. Everything else it decides and carries out itself.

That is the same division of labour this product is built on — the machine takes the digital work, the people keep the decisions that matter — applied to us first.
